Can I use the mic input on a sony cfd575 as an audio input from a tv out jack ?
-
can I plug the audio output on the back of my lcd tv into my sony cfd575 mic input? Will it work or will it "fry" somthing?
-
Answer:
Maybe. I'd try it out of curiosity. The power level and impedance at the audio output jacks are suitable mainly for the input to an amplifier, like a home theater receiver or stereo amp. It *might* work adapted to a mic. jack on a boom box like that, but be prepared for less-than-perfect results.
