What is wrong with my 57in toshiba tv?

What's a better TV make Toshiba or Samsung?

  • I'm trying to get a 32 inch 1080p HD TV for my room to playing my games on but I don't know what make of TV to get. I went to a supermarket yesterday with my friend and I found two TV that had the same resolutions and HD like I wanted but I couldn't decide on which one I wanted. The Toshiba TV had a little bit of a better picture but the Samsung one had more colour in it. The two of them were around the same price kinda (£297). So what one should I go for the Toshiba or the Samsung? or maybe another make that is better than these two? If you have anyone of these two TV makes then please tell me and tell me what's the one to go for.

    I have a Samsung in my room, and i do play a lot of games with it using my PS3, and i have no problems with its graphics and all that. Samsung is more popular than toshiba.

In the meantime, Samsung recently launched a monster 55 inch glasses free 3D TV set at a technology show in Shanghai, China. However as it is a prototype it is not expected to hit markets in the next few years. But then, those who got to see the demo were clearly impressed with what the 3D TV has to offer, which means the Samsung offering can be worth waiting for. s

I have Samsung and it is great, I think better than the toshiba though I have never owned a toshiba so can't say for sure. All I know is we went to various shops and tried a heap of TV's and Samsung stood out as the truest colours and overall best picture.
