Snowy picture on Samsung plasma TV?

Unclear picture on my 50" Samsung Plasma TV? Please help me here guys!?

  • Im not sure of the model number or type (if you can tell me where to find it I can provide it) thanks.. anyways for the cable tv, the picture is not to clear at all and I wanted to know why.. same with Satellite which is on the AV imput ALSO I get red dots that appear (usually during dark flashes/moments on the tv while watching which appear near the top of the TV they are red and are all random PLEASE HELP THANKS -marc ;)

    i will not answer your question because we have the same problem. mine is green speckles and sometimes snows on my screen. you are not alone with thisTV-thing problem!!!

Try to be more specific by "unclear picture". The model number is on the back, and on the instruction manual. I have seen cases where the satellite signal saturates a plasma TV. This may be what you mean. If so, try and turn the output signal level down from the satellite tuner (this feature is availalbe in a few satellite boxes, sometimes in the engineers menu). Do you get the same effect with DVDs?
