Hitachi TV. No sound or picture.

I have a hitachi 50vs810 lcd projection tv n when i turn it on solid green with sound no picture plz help?

• when i turn it on i get solid green screen i can adjust anything on the menu n see volume bar n have great sound n channels change n can see all functions but no picture n if u let it play for a awhile sometimes it will run a bunch of numbers n if it doesnt do that it will sometimes just go from green to black n then all of a sudden it will get a perfect picture n work as if theres nothing wrong for sometimes n hour n i can change channels n it plays perfect n then goes out again n i can still hear great sound nthen i wait for it to play again.......talked to hitachi tech n he said sounds like it needs software updated plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help it is a {hitachi 50vs810 ultravision}

  probably there is a trouble on RGB MATRIX section......may be COLD SOLDERING.
