Can I hook up my tivo to a dvd player?

Sony flat screen tv to a panasonic dvd player with Tivo?

• I have a sony flat screen tv I want to hook up to a panasonic dvd/vhs player. The tv has a tivo wired to it, how do I connect it? Thanks

  Well, you should split the RF cable and connect it to the Tivo and VHS's "In from Ant" inputs...then connect the VHS/DVD's RF out (to TV) to the TV antenna jack and the Tivo's Video output to the TV's Video input. That's going to make viewing either one easy to do.... Now if you want to record your TIVO to the VHS, you'll have to connect the Tivo's Video output to the VHS's video input instead, then use the VHS's input switch to record and PLAY the TIVO thru the VCR, and you have to leave the TV set to channel 3 all the time to play either one. And that can get confusing trying to play back the TIVO....
