What is a good TV brand?

What brand of tv is the best? i'm debating on lg samsung sony and jvc..but what is a really good brand?

    Sony are the best of your choices but try and buy better quality like a Pioneer and try not to get bogged down with the common ones. (no offense to anyone with an lg, jvc or samsung) Otherwise use an independent source like Stuff magazine.

well if your looking at brands none really sand out in quality but the better known company's tend to sell better. but if your looking for quality then there all good but you should look at plasma or lcd. i have a plasma which is better because you can look at it from more angles and lcd the screen lose color when touched and you have to buy a special cleaning kit for lcd. So plasma and any kind of Brand

Sony used to be the best TV out there. But today Samsung has caught up and surpased sony on both features, reliability, and quality. LG and JVC are one step down from either a Samsung or Sony.

yeah, any of the top brands are good. you can also through in Sharp and Philips. just get the best for your buck.

I have a plasma Samsung and a LCD Samsung both are great TVs. Haven't had a problem with either of them.
