Any help on thoughts and ideas would be greatly appreciated Cheers Matt

  • Answer:

It is not a TV function, but a PC function that you need and yes, you would need a Freeview card in your PC .. though many will not split across 2 monitors, only 1. for the monitors (just in case you or someone else does not know) You need 2 video outputs from your PC. It is normal to have 1 HDMI or 1 VGA, but not 2. so you need to buy an extra HDMi/VGA card. See Amazon for it. Then hook the output of each video card/PC output to each TV. Right click on the PC desktop and go to properties, Display properties And you will see 2 extra screens.. 2 and 3 (now), the PC is 1 click on 2 and tick extend to this monitor click on 3 and tick extend to this monitor. Drag the Monitor Icons around so they appear in the order you want them and at the height you want them (relative to each other). Job done/. You can select one of them to be the Primary (instead of the current PC = 1) if you want also. desktop HDMI cards http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=HDMI+pc+card&x=0&y=0 laptop HDMI cards (Card bus or pcmcia depending your PC model) http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=HDMI+pcmcia&x=0&y=0

You would need a device that can split the image. PC video cards do this, but the TVs themselves cannot, and i have never heard of a freeview box that can do that.
