I have a philips 47in tv,47pfl3603d/f7, and trying to connect my logitech x530 speakers with my tv and ps3?

The tv has spdif on it. I'm just not sure what exactly I need so that all sound is coming through the logitech speakers when I play my ps3. Right now I have the x530s hooked up to the cable box. That works for the sound coming through the tv but not for when I play the ps3..help!

Answer:
You'll want to hook the speakers up to the tv output. You may need to go into the tv menu and set the output sound to fixed. You won't get surround sound, for that you need a processor of some sort (usually a receiver) but it will sound a bit better than the tv speakers.
