How can I fix my old tube TV tuning?

My tube tv power light turns on but not the power how do i fix it?

• I have a 32 inch tube TV, I think its a Philips or something,(not sure,its downstairs) It was working fine and when we moved to our current home I went ti turn it on with the remote and it wouldn't turn on.Just the power light next to the actual power button would turn on, blink a few times and then turn off .But nothing on the tv screen.Does anyone know how to fix this or why its doing this?

  Internal power supply component fault. On those older TVs, it's often a relay, or something that causes the relay to operate and release. If you want it fixed, it's a job for someone who's well experienced in that type of troubleshooting and has the necessary testing apparatus. Failing that, you might just want to consider that the set has lived a long and useful life and now needs to be recycled.
