Why wont the sound on my tv work?

Tv sound wont work while trying to watch cable? But it works when i play a console?

• Hi guys, my tv usually works fine. but now, when i try watching cable, its shows the picture, i can see everything, but it has no sound, i hear nothing. When i tried to play my ps3, the sound and picture worked fine. No, it's not on mute, and im with bell. It has red / blue / green wires, and they're all placed correctly. I was with bell for about 2 months, and it was working fine until the last few days? How can i get my volume back? Thanks.

  check it with a roof antenna. check tv sound system..........usa M
