Snowy picture on Samsung plasma TV?

Samsung 50" Plasma TV Has audio no picture?

• I've found several people online with samsungs and this problem. The audio works but there is no picture. No light on the screen at all none of the menus show up. I can change inputs and hear the sound on different inputs but no again no picture. However I haven't really found any answers. When I call repair men I get no solid answers just that they would have to diagnose the problem when looking at it. I know It's not the panel. The screen is fine no cracks or gas blotches showing. I removed the lower and upper Y buffer board (separately) to see if that changed anything on the picture. Nothing changed. None of the capacitors show any distress. The back inside panel doesn't show any burns or wear. My next step to fixing this tv would be to replace the main Y sustain board. But that will be a $130.00 guess which might not fix the problem. Is there anything I can do to further diagnose this problem?
