How to get the video input channel to work on a old TV?

i have a GE (Model Number: 26GT620) said it was made in 1989. I got it for free and it didnt have a remote. i got a universal remote and the cabel works fine but i dont know how to get the video input to work. The video/audio jack has the DVD cords in them and everything is set up i cant get the video input channel to turn on to watch. Please help! :)

Answer:
The older tvs have a hidden door in the front that you push in to find more controls. I would think that the input button would be on top next to the volume controls
