My Samsung TV wont work?

Samsung tv remote will not work but does on other tv's?

We have a samsung lcd tv, the remote always worked just fine, but now the tv will not respond at all to it. I even tried to program a universal remote to the tv, but no success there either. Funny thing though is that the remote works with our other samsung tv... any ideas please? thanks!
Answer:

The receiving sensor in the tv may have burned out so no matter what remote is sending a signal, it can't receive it. Also, be sure nothing is blocking it's sensor, even dust or dirt. If you can change volume, channels, etc., using the tv's buttons, it's probably the sensor. Try unplugging the tv for 10 minutes and replug and see if that reboots something inside it and it works again. If not, call for service.
