If you TV have a PC connection, then just need cable to connect your PC (suppose it is a notebook) monitor port to TV. You can send your pc sceen to TV by pressing some keys such as function, screen etc. Or both of your PC and TV have s-video, then get a s-video cable and enjoy. Or you get a video card for your PC, make sure that your TV have the same video ports, such as HDMI...

depends on the ports available on your computer and tv - you can get an rgb to rca converter - you can connect using dvi or dvi to hdmi
