Does anyone know how to turn on a Mikomi LCDW19HD tv without the remote?

To turn it on I usually press the on button (then only the blue light comes on) then I press the up channel button on the remote. The up channel button at the top of the tv doesn't work. I have stupidly misplaced the remote. I have tried every button combination I can think of.

it seems.....child lock is ON........is there a reset button on tv?
