How Do People Film Their Tv Screens? [Read Desc.]?

Hi, I want to make a montage (video of clips) of call of duty world at war online gameplay. So many people have done it on youtube. BUT HOW? I Just simply need to know how to record things off my tv screen. Its Xbox 360 if it helps?

You actually need a video capture card for your computer to do that.... The TV to camera recordings always show a line and flickering because they can't lock the camera's sync to the TV's sync and vice versa... And THAT looks cheesy....
