Hdmi cable is not working on my toshiba tv?

my HDMI cable is not working on my TOSHIBA tv but it does work on my zenith tv im using a toshiba laptop and a BELKIN HDMI cable when i change the input to HDMI 2 where i have the wires plug in to the tv but it says no single i tired all the inputs on the tv and the all say no single what im doing the same steps for both tvs does anyone have any suggestion i should do so it could work on my toshiba tv?

The digital main board is bad then.
