How to get hdtv picture on my vizio hdtv?

just got a vizio l32 flat panel tv and it has an hdtv tuner built in and some station broadcast hd, how do i access those?
Answer:

There are only two ways to get HDTV: 1) Subscribe to HD cable or satellite service. You will get a set top box or receiver and connect it to your TV via HDMI or component. 2) Buy a terrestial HD antenna and you can pick up some local HD stations. But, through analog basic cable or basic network TV, you are not going to get HD to your TV.
