Why my Flat screen, Sony google TV shuts down right after I turn it on!?

I have no idea what has happened to my TV, but it shuts itself down right after i turn it on,, the logo and everything turns on but as soon as they are finished, it shuts down!

A model # and how many times the red light blinks is the key. Sony put out a firmware update that corrupted a lot of set.
