My Hitachi projection tv's picture went out buy i still have sound, the tv is about 10 years old can i fix it?

The light bulb inside the tv is burned out. The cost of repair is higher due to the labor cost than just buying a new plasma tv. The new Plasma 42" tv is now around $600. Panasonic is the top choice. Go online and read the review on tv comparison of Panasonic Plasma to a Sony, LG, Vizio and Toshiba LCD tvs. The Panasonic was the top choice. Hope this will help.
