Which should I choose between LCD TV and LED TV?

I am making a comparison between LCD TV and LED TV to buy one of them. Please suggest me, which should I have?
Answer:

LED TV is more power efficient and needs lesser electricity than LCD TV to light up.Hence, LED TV is greener.

Yes defiantly LED - but there is two types FULL back-lit LED & LED The FULL back-lit is the one to go for... Surprised how many people that aren't aware of this :)
