How do I choose a new hdtv TV Digital Antenna?

I have an HDTV "ready" TV. Tuner? Antenna?

I would like to get rid of the evil Comcast bill. What do I need to do? Is there a tuner/antenna combo?

If you will be satisfied with only the OTA TV available in your area, and you are reasonably close to the transmitters, then you can use an ATSC receiver along with an antenna. Yes, there are. Just search for HDTV Tuner on your favorite electronics retailer website. However, you will only receive channels being broadcast in your area. For the Tampa Bay area where I live, there's only about 5 HD channels.
