Where can I get Arabic channels without dish in the US?

If a tv has built in hdtv tuner, does that mean i can get hdtv channels WITHOUT having cable or dish? l?

Usually yes. Type your address into http://www.antennaweb.org and it will show you where the TV towers are around your home and advise you on the type of antenna you need. If you are lucky enough for an indoor antenna - the Phillips Silver Sensor - classic version is a good one. I loan mine out to people and nearly everyone runs out to Frys to get their own.
