Well i saw these series HDTVs in best buy the Series6/7 are Full HD all new Samsung HDTVs are Full HD and 4/5 are the same all New HDTVs are Full HD. There is no big difference.

Full HD means 1080p. 720p tvs are considered not "full". I think the only Samsung which is 720p is the 4 series. But just check out the specs on the tv you are interested in and the 1080p vs. 720p is the difference.
