If i have a TV with ATSC tuner, can i use it with NTSC signal broadcast?

Answer:
All TVs manufactured for sale in the US must have both ATSC and NTSC tuners. If you hook up an antenna, you should be able to receive both the standard analog TV and OTA digital TV including OTA HDTV.

ATSC tuners won't pick up NTSC broadcasts on their own. Your TV should have an NTSC tuner in it, as well as the ATSC tuner, in which case THEN it could pick up the broadcast.
