80cm satellite dish to be installed?

I have recently bought a new 80cm satellite dish with motor and mounting point from the wall lenght of 40cm width, anyway looking at the size of the pole and the dish together I think if i have it installed i will be told to take it down as Im a council tenant and already have a ongoing dispute with them over another matter. Has anyone else got a big dish this size installed and been told to remove it and or asked about it?
