Costco warranty question for tv`s?

  • i bought a tv at costco 1 year and 3 months ago and needs to be repaired. the tv guy said that Costco will not get it fixed and will replace my tv. but the model of my tv is-int available anymore my tv is a samsung plasma 50``pn50c550 model 2010 now the series 550 for 2011 are 51 `` pn51D550 3D will i get a 3D tv or will they end up giving me a lower model, which i don't want a lower model , not my fault that my tv model ended up in 3D one year later or will they just refund what i paid for it ?

They might give you other options, like a 50 - 52 inch Panasonic or LG plasma. If they do, check the specs carefully; that could be a could deal.
