Walmart return/exchange policy?

Walmart TV Return Policy and TV with no sound.?

• So I have had this TV for 1 1/2 now and the sound went out and don't have the money to fix it or get a new one. I know Walmart has a 90 day return policy on TV's. I don't have the reciept or box. Is it possible to take this TV to walmart and tell them I bought it 60 days ago (even though i didnt') or whill they know when i purchased it by the Serial Number? Part 2 of the question. When the TV is on HMDI there is no sound, cable or DVD player, you can see picture just can't hear anything. If I push the imput button and change it to Ch 3, I get the regular snowy picture and I can hear the static. It doesn't make sense to me that I can't hear on HMDI but I can hear on the regular antenna network (don't have an antenna set up, just hear static.) The TV is not muted. What is going on here?

  You've had the TV for 1 1/2....what??? When posting amounts of time, it is really important to specify the period. Both Walmart & the manufacturer will know the date of the sale, because the serial # was recorded when sold. Are you certain that the warranty is only 90 days?
