Toshiba tp61E80 61 Inch Projection TV Front buttons on TV no longer work or the remote control?
-
After removing the front part of the tv where the color strobes project to, a problem occurred. The buttons on the front of the TV that control volume, power, etc. no longer work. However you can turn the TV on or off by unplugging it. Also the tv does not respond to the remote control anymore as well. Basically to still use this tv you plug it in and a picture appears from the cable box. I reconnected the 2 connections that separate the tv from the projection part. What might be wrong? Fuse maybe? Thank you for any help.

Answer:
No, you either accidently disconnected the cables to the front panel and the Remote's receiver board, or you damaged the wires... Hard to tell...one or the other.
