Tv dongle for panasonic smart tv?

I was told by a assistant in currys .that i could get a generic tv dongle ( netgear) for my panasonic tv is this right

I tried the Netgear dongle on my panasonic player and it refused to recognize it. I ordered the Panasonic version from Amazon and it worked great. So no - the generic dongle does not seem to work with the Panasonic machines.

i would get the proper panasonic wifi (LAN) adaptor to get intenet tv for your tv atleast your guaranteed for it to work
