My TV color suddenly gone. Now screen displays ring/circle type structure. Pls help how to fix by ourself?

The picture tube blew-very expensive to fix. Ask a TV repair place for an estimate before trashing it.

a 29" CRT TV is dirt cheap now, go and buy new one would be more realiable and it comes with warranty too.

hmm not sure about your ring thing, but if colours gone to its time for engineer, is the b+w picture good? maybe be tube but at 3 years you would be ery unlucky to have a tube go, get an estimate its definately not a d.i.y job
