  It looks like it will be okay. The TV has a headphone jack, and the amplifier-speaker unit has a headphone-type input jack. You'd just need a connecting cable with a male 3.5 mm stereo plug on both ends. --------------- Followup per the other answer: the specs you've provided above say that the amp unit only has a 3.5 mm input, not RCA jacks, so the suggested modification to the TV to provide RCA jacks would not help. It looks to me that all you need is the simple connecting cable suggested above.
