Cheapest cable TV provider in Quebec?

I would like to get cable TV but do not want to pay the exorbitant rates of Videotron. I am on the island of Montreal and I am sure there are other options. Can someone please tell me where I can find a cable TV provider (reseller of Videotron cable TV) who can provide me standard cable TV like Videotron but at a lower monthly cost. Thanks

Why not become a cord cutter. Get all your content free (off air) or cheap (Netflix). This won't give you 80+ channels but will keep you entertained for a lot less. than Videotron.
