What is a good TV brand?

  • I'm thinking of buying a LCD TV, but i need some help in finding the best brand, I was thinking of buying Panasonic or Sharp? which one is better? how about the other brands? I need some help here, thanks!

    Since you're going to buy a LCD tv (I personally prefer DLP) you might as well get a HDTV while you're at it. My opinion on them is just go to the store, stand back a bit and compare the screen colors and the features. They're almost all the same except when you get into the cheaper ones, you lose a few features and when you get into the more expensive ones, you gain a few (HDMI ports etc). I like the way Panasonic and Sharps look when it comes to flat panels and they're in the middle price range, not too low, not too high. Good Luck!
