How do i clean my Samsung flat-panel LCD HDTV?

Samsung LNT1953H 19" LCD HDTV Hue problems?

Hi, i bought a Samsung LNT1953H 19" LCD HDTV last year, out of the box it was nice, but now I am noticing that the image is becoming too red (people skin looks unnaturally red). Now I find myself looking more often at the $15 19 CRT TV i got at a garage sale, than my LCD since the colors seems more natural in the old one. What could be happening? What should I say to customer service (Warranty is still valid)? Thanks
