Does anyone knows how TeamViewer gets screen capturing?

Annoying buzzing sound on my Sanyo TV (not the normal shrill CRT sound). Could anyone help?

• My Sanyo television has been making this annoying low buzzing sound ever since I bought it, whenever I play DVD's or video games (I don't use it for watching actual television). The low-tone buzzing noise is, at times, non-existent - while during certain scenes in movies or games, it gets very loud (especially when there is a lot of bright white on the screen) and is there even when the volume is turned down to 0 and muted, so it's definitely not the speakers. It seems like something that projects certain colours within the TV is making more noise than it should be.. but I don't know, I'm no expert. If there is anyone with some decent television knowledge that knows what this could be, please let me know.

  Ah yes, I remember this on my RCA. It has something to do with the circuitry. The amount of brightness somehow bleeds over into the sound system. I found that turning down the brightness helped cut down on the noise, but the bottom line is that this is one of the prices you pay when you get cheaper quality.
