Problem with picture on Samsung 42" HD Plasma TV?

I purchased this TV about 10 months ago but now occasionally ( an becomming more frequent) i can see blue lights on the left hand side of the screen through the picture. Please can omeone tell me if this is screen burn? or some other problem and can it be fixed?

If you bought it 10 months ago, you can get it mended under the guarantee. It is definitely not right.

If its screen burn you normally would know as it would normally have a specific image burned into the screen(e.g. skysports logo). Also screen burn wouldn't come and go as once its 'burnt' its burnt! If they are just blank pixels you should be covered. depending on how many there are the TV may not be covered. I'd definenatlyGet in touch with samsung/retailer to check.
