Can you have cable stations without having cable?

I can't get all the tv stations that are available in my area without cable. Help?

    You may need a bigger antenna for good reception. I think Radio Shack still carries some "outside" TV antennas. They are large but can provide good results in difficult signal areas. I put one in my attic and get about a dozen channels (Boston area), though not all of them are always clear.

Try auto-programming the channels. Also, try going to the menu and add/delete channels.
