Your view about Nikon D60 Digital SLR camera?

It's just an update of D40X... Just buy a D40, it's more than enough...

I think it is just an upgrade to the d40x. Doesnt it also have similar features.

The sensor cleaning and dust reduction is just fluff. In the consumer market Nikon is aiming this model at, not a lot are going to be constantly changing lenses. The adaptive dynamic range (active d-lighting, a feature shared with the D3/D300) is the real benefit of the D60 over the D40x. Unfortunately few people will realize that's what's improving their pictures.

Any of the new entry level DSLRs from Nikon (D60) , Pentax (K200D) , Canon (Rebel XSi) and Sony A200 should be marvelous cameras.
