Good webcams for a webshow?

• Hello, me and my cousin want to do a webshow, but i'm not sure what kind of webcam i shouls get.I want something with good video and a good mic and cheap but good not to cheap.. as long as the video and sound is good i want to look at it. I dont know how much i can spend on one but anywhere from 15-about 50 dollars i think...... if you know one that is probabily a little more still let me know.so tell me the name,how much and where i could get one.....thank you for all your help and i hope i can find one
