What's wrong with my digital camera?

Whats wrong with my Kodak EasyShare C180 Digital Camera?

• My camera was working just fine up until 5 days ago. The lens is in freeze mode. It wont go back in. And when I turn it on, the screen turns white and then cuts off. I have tried new batteries as well as wiping off inside for residue. I have not dropped or spill anything on the camera. Can u help?

  Here are some troubleshooting steps that you can try that may (or may not) correct your problem. They only seem to work for less than 40% of the lens errors, but if the camera is out of warranty (or repair cost approaches that of the camera), they're worth that try.
