Digital Camera Helpp! Canon vs. Sony vs. Nikon?

Okay, So for Christmas I'm asking for a new Camera. I've had a lot of experience with cameras and I'm always taking pictures. I've had 1 sony a long time ago when they weren't that great, I've had 3 canon's and they were all amazing, except after a while the picture quality began to get bad and the lenses always gave me problems & I've never had a Nikon, but i've heard they're good. I'm deciding between the: Sony: Cyber-shot 12.1-Megapixel Digital Camera - Model- DSC-T90/P Nikon: Coolpix 12.1-Megapixel Digital Camera- Model- S70 Canon- PowerShot 12.1-Megapixel Digital ELPH Camera - Model- SD780 IS And if you have any other cameras in mind that are small and preferably don't have a lens I'd be glad to hear anyones suggestions. i have a canon, and so does everyone in my family, and they seem to work the best, we have never had one of them brake. Plus if they do, you can just take in and they fix the camera for free i believe soo.
