My computer won't recognize my flip camera?

My computer wont recognize my camera?

i plug it in and it says connection failed on my camera and my computer doesnt recognize my ipod either. do you have any suggestions on what i should do?

have you installed all the software that comes along with them, if you don't have any type in your Camera/ipod make into the search bar and next to that type software, drivers. ALso try to plug them into different ports, sometimes my computer does the same thing, good luck and keep us posted

restart your computer if it doesn't work, go to the website and install the driver or update it
