How do you zoom out on a kodak s101 webcam?

My Boyfriend got a webcam for christmas and got rid of the instructions and now we cant figure out how to zoom out what can i do?

I got the same one the book says zoom into your image by dragging the zoom slider right or left. I feel like my face is still all up on the screen it sucks. You have to play around with it I guess. Make the image bigger hopefully that will work.
