How do you make a webshow LIVE?

Im making a webshow with my two friends and my brother. I wanna know what kind of equitment you need to make a webshow LIVE. I wanna know where to get it and everything else how to make a webshow LIVE. Please help!

First of all, You have to have a e-mail that you can do a webcam. Like I have yahoo (of course) so when you go to YAHOO MESSENGER, and your friends online, click on there name, and when the chat box comes there is a little box that has a picture (symbol) of a camera click that & your LIVE. (plus you can talk to friend that don't have yahoo messenger,)
