What cameras work best with adobe elements 6.0? What p/s cameras video works best with adobe elements 6.0?

i want to take mostly outdoor scenery and some family pictures and "play" with the pictures using adobe elements 6.0. I also want to take video of passing lightning storms in the summer and capture individual frames from the video to get my lightning shots. What camera would work best for this and be usable on adobe elements 6.0? thanks you. Please go into detail. i hate one word answers!

Cameras and Elements don't really have anything to do with one another. Elements is an image editing program. Before you can use it, you need to download images and the open them in Elements.
