Optimus MPEG4 Digital video camera, the pictures look horrible, out of focus & can't get the flash on! HELP!

the pix are dark and low cuality, because a camera lens , like your eye, absorbs light, not picture. your eye has rods, thet let you see in the dark, and not notice it is dark. your camera, however, has a lens that actsa like only the cones in your eye,therefore, the flash HAs TO GO OFF> are you using high output batteries, or the cherap ones. i reccomend evertready GOLD or Energizer Lithium, or rechargable(Energizer) other batteries dont provide as much power at once, and since a camera uses a burst of energy at once, there is not enough power to flaSH. ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A HI DATA TRANSFER MEMORY CARD, SO IT CAN RECORD HIGH QUALITY PICTURES..
