What is the difference between analog and digital communication?

Give me some examples of analog and digital communication?

  • can you give me some applications where we would use analog communication and where we use digital communication.. and if possible explain these terms..

  • Answer:

Analog is the word used to describe standard applications like cable tv signals. If you have an older tuner like mine the signals going to the speakers are analog - the old standard of the industry. Digital, on the other hand, means the data is coming or going in computer language, 1's and 0's. Your computer talks this way and so the same for HD TV, digital.
