How do I get videos off my Panasonic camera?

  • I have a Panasonic DMC-ZS3 12x HD camera. I took videos on it right away. But I downloaded the camera's software onto my computer after the videos were filmed. I then discovered that since the videos were taken before the software was downloaded, my computer can't find them. I have already tried plugging my camera into the computer and putting the memory card into my computer. None of this works. So how do I get those videos onto my computer??

    You don't need to install panasonics software in order to get your pictures and videos, all you have to do is 1. go to My Computer, 2. open the removable disk named LUMIX, 3. open the DCIM folder, 4. copy the folder with PANA to whereever you like on your computer. Hope this helps.
