The lens on my Kodak EasyShare C633 stopped working. What can be the reason? What can/should I do?
-
The screen still works. I can still view my pictures I had taken before and when I change it to different settings I'm able to see the text and what not on the edges of the screen. The rest of the screen is completely black. I made sure that nothing like the lens cover or anything is blocking it. It will still flash as if it is taking a picture but nothing shows up. The screen & "picture" it took is nothing but black. What can be the reason? What can/should I do?

Answer:
There is a bad circuit in the image sensor/processor process. Replace the camera, because the cost to repair is usually more than the new camera, unless you can find a used working C633 on EBay.
